Edward del Rosario, President
Edward del Rosario is the President of Whitecouch. He is responsible for managing the organization, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and for all interactions. As President, Mr. del Rosario is Whitecouch’s primary decision maker and policy maker, setting the tone for the organization’s values, ethics and culture. He co-founded Whitecouch with Jonathan Gough in 2002.

Edward was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He was pushed down a flight of stairs when he was two years old. He received his BFA in Painting from the University of Kansas and his MFA in Painting and Printmaking from Rhode Island School of Design. He lives and works in a nearly rodent-free loft in Brooklyn, NY.

Jonathan Gough, Chief Executive Officer
Jonathan Gough is the CEO of Whitecouch. He is responsible for managing the organization, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and for all interactions. As CEO, Mr. Gough is Whitecouch’s primary decision maker and policy maker, setting the tone for the organization’s values, ethics and culture. He co-founded Whitecouch with Edward del Rosario in 2002.

Jonathan was born in Philadelphia, PA where he was schooled by Quakers until the Jesuits got a hold of him. He holds a BA in Fine Arts from Brandeis University, and an MFA from the Rhode Island School of Design. Currently, he lives in one borough, and works in the other.

Julian Stark, General Counsel
As general counsel, Julian Stark has ultimate responsibility for all legal support to Whitecouch, serving as principal counsel to senior leadership and the board of directors and leading the organization's Legal & Commercial business practice. He also serves as corporate secretary and compliance officer and is a member of White Couch’s Management Committee, Executive Committee and Global Leadership Council.

Julian Stark is an artist working in sculpture, performance and installations. Active projects include "Evil Beaver" and "Robot Love" both of which use video story telling to contextualize sculptural forms. Julian holds a BFA in Sculpture from Western Michigan University and an MFA in Sculpture from Rhode Island School of Design. Mr. Stark was also a resident in Sculpture at Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. He likes Greek gods, wood and beer.

Dolores Soledad, Communications Director
Dolores is Whitecouch’s Communications Director, a position created in December 2003. In this role she heads the company’s Communcations & Directions group, where she is responsible for developing capabilities and professional skills and fostering a culture that encourages diversity and achievement. This position also has oversight responsibility for our Projects & Events organizations.

Ms. Soledad was born in the Pacific Islands. She received her BA in Communications from the University of Santo Tomas and her MA in Art History from Manila Institute of Technology. She currently resides in New York City.
